Contract Compliance and Lawful Use of the Service

The Customer agrees to use the OPERATOR's service exclusively for personal use. They must comply with the terms agreed in the Contract, make lawful use in accordance with applicable regulations, public order and the principles of good faith.

The Customer may not obtain economic benefit from the use of the Service other than that derived from this Contract, nor use their status as a Customer to carry out a business, professional or economic activity whose purpose is to resell or commercialise the Service.

The Customer shall refrain from using the Service unlawfully or abusively, including its use with specific electrical, electronic and/or telecommunications systems or equipment such as GSM modules, baby monitors, Walkie Talkies or similar. It may not be used for commercial purposes in call shops, Call Centers or internet cafés.

Unreasonable or irregular use

Unreasonable or irregular use is presumed when the Customer:

  • Makes or receives more than 6,000 minutes per month
  • Calls more than 150 different destinations
  • Makes or receives continuous calls with an average duration exceeding 60 minutes
  • Records consumption significantly above the average use (for example, exceeding 100 times the monthly average of voice and/or data consumption)

For plans with unlimited mobile internet GB, the following shall be considered unreasonable use:

  • Use for remote listening or surveillance purposes
  • Surveillance connections with video, photo, voice or webcams
  • Machine-to-machine connections, vending machines or home monitoring
  • Any use contrary to Spanish or European regulations

Operator Measures

In the event of unreasonable or irregular use, the OPERATOR may:

  • Terminate the Contract
  • Temporarily suspend or block the service
  • Change the contracted tariff after notifying the customer

Customer Obligations

The Customer authorises the OPERATOR to use filtering technology or other security measures. They undertake not to provide false, inaccurate or outdated data, and not to impersonate third parties.

The OPERATOR reserves the right to accept or reject the registration request.
